Is a Namshi code taken off the price at once, or paid as cashback?

Usually it comes off at once. First you verify your mobile number using the one-time code sent to you. Then the order summary appears, and you type the discount code into it. The saving is applied before the step where you pick a payment method.

With some offers, the reward is cashback rather than an instant discount. Namshi explains that this money can't be taken out as cash, and it can't be moved to anyone else's account. So look at the offer's wording before ordering, so you know which kind it is.

What order value makes Namshi shipping free?

Your cart only needs to reach SAR 200. If it is lower, SAR 30 is added for shipping.

If you want the order sooner, there are two choices. Delivery the next day is SAR 18, for orders above SAR 200. Delivery on the same day is SAR 24, for orders above SAR 350. When you pick one of them, the usual shipping fee is dropped and only the fast option's fee is left, and you can cover it using the credit in your Namshi wallet.

If you send items back afterwards, the refund covers only their price; the shipping fee is kept.

Can you pay cash on delivery at Namshi, and what does it cost?

Yes, Saudi customers can use it, though it puts an extra SAR 34 on the value of your order. A card payment, or one made with your Namshi credit, has no fee, so paying ahead saves you that money.

In the cases below, you won't see this option at all:

  • When you pick handover at a pickup locker, or choose "leave it at the door".
  • When you are waiting for two or more orders to arrive at the same time.
  • If you have turned away your orders several times in the past.

Can Namshi orders be split into payments with Tabby or Tamara?

Yes. Namshi takes payment through Tabby and Tamara. Pick one of them at checkout, and the amount is divided into payments under each service's own terms.

You can also pay with a credit or debit card, with Apple Pay if your device supports it, with credit in your Namshi wallet, or by cash on delivery.

How many days do you have to return a Namshi order, and do you pay for it?

You have 14 days after delivery to file a return or exchange request, as long as the item accepts returns. Namshi says this service is free. An exchange can be made one time only, and only when the size is the problem. If the replacement size still isn't right, you can return the item.

Beauty products, on the other hand, are never accepted for return or exchange, so choose the shade and type with care. Namshi also watches accounts with many returns, and it may charge them a fee or set a cap on how many returns are free.

To get the full amount back when you return something, make sure of the following:

  • The item is just as it reached you: never worn or washed, and with no damage.
  • Every tag hanging on it is still in place, including the security loop if the item has one. Taking it off or damaging it can lead to a refused return or part of the value being held back.
  • You return it in the original brand box or wrapping, together with every accessory and booklet.

After I return a Namshi order, how soon is the money back?

Within Saudi Arabia, a courier comes to collect the return roughly two days after your request. Once the item clears the quality check, you get the money back through the method you paid with:

  • Card payment: the money lands in your bank account in 5 to 7 working days, and the time varies from bank to bank.
  • Tabby or Tamara: the amount returns to your account with them within 24 hours after the return is accepted.
  • Paid on delivery or from the wallet: the money is added to your Namshi wallet. You can spend it on a future order, or have customer service send it to your bank.

Why does the Namshi cart refuse my discount code?

Each Namshi discount code comes with its own terms. Some codes set an upper limit on the discount, so a big order might take the code yet save you less than you expect.

If the site refuses the code completely, go through these points before you treat it as invalid:

  • The discount code belongs to the Namshi app, while you shop in a browser.
  • The code only covers a first order and your account has past orders, or it allows a single use that you have already made.
  • Your mobile number isn't confirmed yet, and discount codes don't show in the order summary before that check.
  • Your cart hasn't reached the lowest amount the offer asks for in its terms.

At what time of year are Namshi's offers strongest?

For Namshi in Saudi Arabia, the top season is November's Black Friday, which gets a deals page of its own. If you have large purchases in mind, such as sports shoes and winter clothing, make them during this season.
